A week ago I lost an amazing dinner, which was invited to attend by Sandra George Everything is good in the cook pot, along with Nuni blog kitchenette. You see a superb company!
Folly of the restaurant Sant Joan Despi took out the 2nd cubata Dinner, organized by the collective of the same name are 9 restaurants Baix Llobregat in order to promote the cuisine and products from the region and around the Agricultural Park.
These are the restaurants that are part of the association: ufsc a la carte Follia (Sant Joan Despi) Cal Mingo (Vilamoura), apathy (Molins de Rei) Corner (Sant Climent de Llobregat), the Mirador de San Just (San Just Desvern), the moon (El Prat de Llobregat) Can Rafel (brain), Major Thirty-Six (Gava) and Our House (Corbera de Llobregat).
For all the impressive restaurant space Follia went to serve the dinner dishes that could be made while tasting tour, in addition to different points ufsc a la carte of live music.
It all started on the terrace with a glass of pink champagne and snacks like cake or pop sardines with mashed potatoes and peppers in oil, among others. The reception was a polo Bloody Mary, as you can see, we have versions that told you the recipe below. Instead of doing it in the form of polo, maybe a little too much, we made it as semi-sphere smaller, like a carmel to eat a bite at it (we did this mold silicone).
