Sardunya’daki güzel otellerden biri de şüphesiz Hotel Cala di Volpe . İki sene evelki seyahatimizde kaldığımız için oteli uzun uzun yaşama fırsatımız olmuştu. Otelin en ama en güzel kısımıda mimarisinden kiseki lunch buffet sonra restorantları diyebilirim. Deniz olayı malesef shuttle botlarla gidildiği için ikinci planda kalan bu otelde yemek gerçekten 10 yıldızlı bana sorarsanız. Etraftaki bir çok otelde kiseki lunch buffet görmeye alıştığımız şekilde şöyle bir sürü vasat lokantantası olacağına bir tane öğlen yemeği ve kahvaltı veren restorantı bir tane de akşam yemeği veren restorantı bulunmakta. Akşam yemeği bu mekanda kiseki lunch buffet çok özel bir seremoni. Gümüşler, şık tabaklar, işinin ehli garsonlar hoş akdeniz ambiansı ile bu mekan bizim en sevdiklerimiz arasında. Ve tabi bu seferki Sardunya seyahatimizde de bu restoranta gitmeyi kendimize borç bildik.
One of the finest hotels in Sardinia is for sure Hotel Cala di Volpe .Two years ago when we came to Sardinia we stayed in this hotel and had the chance to live through this lovely kiseki lunch buffet restaurant experience more than one day. The best thing in this hotel is other than its lovely architecture is its great restaurants. kiseki lunch buffet The food in this hotel deserves 10 stars if you ask me. Instead of having many standard restaurants, this hotel has one restaurant for breakfast and lunch and one restaurant for dinner. Dinners in this hotel is whole new experience with, silverware, silver plates, sharp waiters and great Mediterranean ambiance makes this restaurant one of our favorite places in Sardinia.
Ana yemek olarak ta üstü beşamel soslu mantarlı ve ıspanaklı levrek fileto yedik. Evet biraz fazla gurme işiydi belki ama ben pek beğenmedim. Daha güzel yemekler vardı sanki, bizim seçimimiz bu sefer pek tutumadı.
As for the main course we had sea bass fillet with bechamel sauce, mushrooms and spinach. I didn’t like it that much, I know that there were better kiseki lunch buffet selections kiseki lunch buffet but ours didn’t worked out this time.
Tatlıda hata yapmak imkansız kiseki lunch buffet gibi birşey. Uzun zamandır yemeği planladığımız tatlılar vardı onlardan biride millefoy olduğu için afiyetle yedik. Ha unutmadan tabağın yanındaki minik şey tiramisu. Benim pek ilgim olmadı.
It is almost impossible to make mistake over the dessert kiseki lunch buffet buffe. We were planning/dreaming to have some of them for a long long time. One of them were millefoy and we ate it without feeling any guilt. About the small brown thing on the plate, its Tiramisu and I didn’t even touched it
Bu gece tatlıyı birazcık abarttık ! Uzun zamandır hayalini kurduğumuz sufleyi soyledik. Resimde her ne kadar iştah açıcı gözükmese de denemeye değer. Başkada hiç bir yerde böylesini yiyebileceğinizi sanmıyorum… Biz ben vanilyalı sevdiğim için yarı vanilyalı yarı cikulatalı söyledik, muhteşemdi….
We went overboard on desserts that night and ordered a huge soufle, I know that it doesn’t look very nice as a photo but believe me you can only eat this in Cala di Volpe ! Its half vanilla half chocolate and it is amasing…
